Sonoma Valley Bike Tours offers vacation concierge services to simplify your decision-making and reduce your list of pre-trip “chores.”

Our vacation concierge professionals live, work, dine and cycle here, so they have first-hand experience and great working relationships with the finest hotels and restaurants in Sonoma. We will work with you to find accommodations ideally suited to your needs and your budget, we’ll make your dinner reservations at world-class restaurants and we’ll steer you to friendly wineries that capture the unique character and flavor of the valley.

Best of all, you’ll cycle from winery to winery in the open air and alongside the vineyards, which is a far more intimate and memorable experience than viewing the valley from the inside of a rental car!

• Most guests dress casually for our bike tours. We will provide a gel seat upon request.
• Closed-toe shoes and dressing in layers are both good ideas. You can abandon unwanted gear and clothing in the van as needed.

Vacation packages require a 50% deposit upon booking (we accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex). The balance will be charged on your arrival day.

In the unlikely event you must cancel, you must do so both in writing (via email, so you have a “time stamp” on your request) and by phone. We will send a confirmation via email of your cancellation. The following fee schedule will apply:
