• Base package price listed at left are per person, based on 2 to 6 guests sharing one room/suite.
• Your Family Adventure Vacation includes 5 nights' hotel (including breakfast), 5 multi-activity day tours (including lunch) and 4 dinners (excluding alcohol), the adults' ("Date Night" dinner is "on your own"); all 5 dinners are included for the kids
• Hotel tax (12% of the room rate) is not included in the base package price.

One of the most important variables to consider when planning your vacation is your choice of accommodations. We've removed the guesswork by choosing hotels that are clean, comfortable and best equipped to cater to your family.

We personally visit and inspect the hotel properties we partner with to ensure that a clean, comfortable sanctuary awaits you at the end of each day's activities.

For the first three nights of this vacation, you'll stay at the Napa Valley Embassy Suites*, where your family will enjoy:

• Private master suite with television
• Separate room for the kids with pullout sofabed and their own television
• 2-hour evening beverage reception
• Cooked-to-order breakfast
• Indoor and seasonal outdoor pools
• Whirlpool & sauna

For the final two nights of this vacation, your family retreat will be the Inverness Valley Inn*, where your family will enjoy:

• Private master suite with television
• Separate room for the kids
• Seasonal outdoor pool

Please note that bookings are ultimately determined by hotel availability. In the event that hotel no longer has availability for your requested date, a comparable substitution will be made.

GETTING TO & FROM THE AIRPORT
We highly recommend flying into and out of San Francisco Airport (SFO).

Upon arrival, Evans Transportation provides shuttle service from SFO to the Napa Valley and can drop you off directly at your hotel.

You may choose to depart on Friday (with a flight leaving at 8 p.m. or later) or stay an extra night in Larkspur and depart Saturday. Either way, your best option for getting to SFO is the Marin Airporter (Larkspur Landing Terminal).

EXTRA NIGHT IN LARKSPUR
If you're in need of Friday-night accommodations, we recommend the Larkspur Courtyard Marriott, which is convenient to the Marin Airporter shuttle terminal.

SFO ALTERNATIVES
Oakland Airport (OAK) and Sacramento Airport (SMF) are both reasonably close to the Napa Valley, but we recommend renting a car if you choose either of these airports.

You are welcome to leave your rental car parked at our Yountville shop location for the duration of the trip and at the trip's conclusion, we can transport you back there. Note that we will likely make it back to Yountville after 5 p.m. on that day.
