Sonoma Valley Bike Tours: Bike Rentals

Advance reservations are strongly advised.
We provide and require all riders to wear a helmet
All rental bikes must be retuned by 5 p.m.
$10-per-bike late fee for bikes returned after 5:15 p.m.
$20 overnight fee for bikes returned by 9 a.m. the following day (you are responsible for overnight security of the bike)
2nd day rental charges apply to bikes returned after 9 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hrs in advance to receive a full refund.

When cancelling within 48 hrs leading up to your reservation will incur a cancellation fee of $15 per bike.

Cancellations are not accepted after 5 p.m. the day before your reservation (i.e. you will be charged for a full-day rental).

Cancellations can be made by phone, but we strongly advise sending an email in order to "time stamp" your request.

Free Bike Rental Drop-Off & Pick-Up offered to guests renting at least 2 bikes for one full day.
$15 charge for single bike deliveries
Service available for any hotel or B&B within Kenwood, Glen Ellen and within the town of Sonoma but more than 1/2 mile from the plaza
Free Delivery/Pick-Up window is between 9 and 11 a.m. (specific delivery times cannot be promised; you will receive your bike by 11 a.m.)
